Go description of the datamodel setup. Even if it could be found in the documentation, this gives a head start.

Surprising to watch such video from an official ServiceNow partner. This is purely commercial and does not give any insight in customers experience and how the two products differentiate on the Enterprise Architecture topic. Lot of irrelevant critics on the ServiceNow commercial and support model which are absolutely not considering a bigger picture. Disappointing to say the least.

This is probably a good presentation but I would bet many viewers (like me) did not complete more than a few minutes. It is way too difficult to understand with the presenter’s accent and poor audio quality.

I like the suggestion of not over complicating things. Would also suggest you derive the outcomes you desire. What is the value you are trying to achieve. I am doing this exact thing now and it is iterative, with each session diving into more detail. But start very high level, value you wish to achieve first.

Hi Ed, you mention in minute 5.37 a "out-of-the-box-integration". we have found this description on the leanix websihtes, nevertheless when we talk with apptio and leanix there is only an api integration pushes the leanix data to apptio, but thats it. what we experience is that apptio doesn´t consume the provided Leanix data out of the box. it must be specified, customized/coded fieldwise with the specialists of both saas experts, together with us . Same with the data process from apptio to leanix. Is that what you mean with "out-of-the-box-integration" or is there more we maybe haven´t found. Btw: to simplify the integrations we use already the TBMv4.0 as tech categories in LeanIx.

slide#7- you've mentioned ServiceNow ITBM suite has 80% what it needs and 20% is what's missing. In Slide#8, concluded that ServiceNow ITBM is a PaaS? Just because that 20% missing from your perspective?

I don't get why you are building upon TOGAF and yet you ignore that wonderful standard for architecture modeling named ArchiMate. Why don't you use ArchiMate for your visualisation, reporting and management? Why do you have to invent a new style and standard, that has no acknowledgement regarding international standards?

I liked your presentation, and style of speaking. Agree, turn down the music a bit. You could also start with some real live examples, where having a Capabilities Model was used / useful and people were pleased to have had it available. Surprising the strange ways that capability models can be used. Also perhaps since this video has a lot of white space, that you put up some diagrams (simple ones) along the way.
